We at Meath Springboard Family Support Services (MSFSS) respect your right to privacy and comply with our obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The purpose of this Privacy Statement is to outline how we deal with personal data provided.

If you are merely visiting the public areas of MSFSS’s website, we do not collect any Personal Data about you. However, we may automatically collect information about your visits, such as browsing patterns. Information collected in this way does not reveal your contact details or any type of Personal Data. This information is only used in aggregate form to analyse, manage and develop MFSS’s website and is not linked to any individual.

Third Party

Paypal is used as a 3rd party payment engine for donations made to MSFSS and their privacy policy is avilable upon request.

Legal Requirements

We reserve the right to access and disclose Personal Data to comply with applicable laws and lawful government requests or requests by the Garda Siochana investigating suspected illegal activities, to operate our systems properly or to protect ourselves or other MSFSS website users. We also reserve the right to disclose Personal Data to third parties if a complaint arises concerning your use of MSFSS website, and that use is deemed by us to be inconsistent with the Terms & Conditions.

MSFSS may make available reviews, news groups and links to social media networks. Please remember that any Personal Data that you disclose in these areas of MSFSS becomes public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose any information on them. Located on MSFSS website is a Contact us page.  This page details our postal address, contact number and email address.  Any information you disclose to us via these methods are covered under our full Data Protection Policy (available on request).  Your information will be used for the sole purpose of answering your query.  Should you choose to send us a referral form you are consenting for your information to be stored electronically by us in order to provide you with a service (details included on the consent form).
